Ex-Guard launched a new line of grille guards for the Mack Pioneer and Anthem.
"Mack is an iconic brand in the North American trucking industry, and their new Pioneer and Anthem models continue that legacy," says Jeremy Drever, director of engineering for Ex-Guard. "We've designed a lineup of guards that not only complements these new models, but also delivers exceptional protection per pound of guard while preserving the collision mitigation functionality and aerodynamic styling of the trucks."

The new lineup has five models including those with full protection for the bumper, grille, radiator, hood and headlights to models with low-profile full bumper protection. The new guards are compatible with the Volvo VNR and VNL models, too.
These guards feature:
- ClearZone CMS-compatible design that works with the truck's built-in collision mitigation system radars.
- Ex-Guard's patented XERO-G Lift Assist, which greatly reduces the effort to raise and lower the guard.
- High-tensile, 8-gauge steel coated with 3mm of EVRCoat PVC finish.
- LEVRLock dual latches.
- An additional cross bar for increased grille coverage.
- A license plate bracket, included with XG series guards.
The guards are available to order at dealers across the U.S. and Canada.
