Total Truck Parts adds to senior management team

Total Truck PartsTotal Truck Parts, Inc. has announced the promotion of two of its key managers to its senior executive management team.

Dale Haywood, who has served in several positions with Total Truck Parts and its predecessor companies since 1981, will assume the role of manager of government sales. Haywood will be responsible for coordinating all of the South Florida government business as well as growing government sales nationally, the company says.

Leo Cordeiro, who has served in several positions with the company and its predecessor companies since 1987, will assume the role of general manager for Total Truck Parts. Cordeiro will be responsible for coordinating all sales efforts, overseeing internal operations and the coordination of all vendor activities related to sales. Both Cordeiro and Haywood will report directly to Marc Karon, president of Total Truck Parts.

“This is a key step in achieving our two greatest goals,” says Karon. “First, we want to continue to aggressively grow our business. These steps will expand our market reach and improve our value-added services to our customers. Second, we need to build a strong succession team to lead our business for many years into the future.

Both (men) are accomplished young managers who have demonstrated superior management skills and have shown a dedication to achieving the goals of the company. I am very pleased to have them as part of our senior executive team.”
