Navistar announced on Tuesday inaugural award recipients for its environmental equity programs.
The programs were awarded up to three years of funding. Each was required to present outcomes-based proposals supporting local environmental initiatives in under-resourced communities. The plans had to articulate a theory of change for community impact as a result of program activities.
