Michelin to distribute Energy Guard aero products

Energy Guard trailer aero products

CC Industries (CCI) has announced a new distribution partnership with Michelin North America.

Trailer Aerodynamics LLC, an affiliate of CCI, recently acquired the assets of Energy Guard Aerodynamic Solutions.

CCI says this collaboration with Michelin brings together extensive industry reach and a legacy of excellence, quality, and sustainability to drive the next phase of growth and innovation in the aerodynamic solutions market.

Under this agreement, Energy Guard will operate independently, leveraging advanced manufacturing synergies to support Michelin and Trailer Aerodynamics LLC’s shared vision of sustainability leadership. Energy Guard’s commitment to quality and performance will remain consistent with the standards that have long defined Michelin’s reputation, ensuring the same high levels of product reliability and efficiency that customers have come to expect.  Michelin customers can expect the exact same levels of quality sales support from the Michelin sales team moving forward, the companies say.

In alignment with this new phase, Eddie Jesse, a long-time Michelin employee with broad experience in aerodynamic solutions, will lead Energy Guard. Jesse’s leadership will ensure a seamless transition and continued dedication to the values and quality that have been hallmarks of the Michelin brand. The companies state his focus will be on advancing Energy Guard’s position within the industry, with an eye towards accelerating growth and expanding market reach through innovative, environmentally responsible solutions.

The companies add this strategic alignment between Michelin and Trailer Aerodynamics further strengthens both organizations’ commitment to advancing sustainability in the freight and transportation industry, helping customers optimize fuel efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and improve overall operational efficiency.
