An impressive group of dealers responsible for more than 110 points of sale across the United States make up the finalists for the 2025 Successful Dealer Award.

Sponsored by AutomannInterstate Billing Service, National Truck ProtectionPremium 2000 and Procede Software, this year’s Successful Dealer Award program will once again celebrate North America’s best commercial truck dealer operations for continued market excellence. The program evaluates dealers in several areas, including customer service, sales proficiency, employee and customer training, marketing, community involvement, industry stewardship and more.

Now in its 13th year, the award has recognized many incredible dealer groups, and this year will be no different.

Finalists for the 2025 award are Dobbs Truck Group, Selking International, The Larson Group (TLG), Truckworx and Vanguard Truck Centers.

The selection of this year’s finalists is the conclusion of a four-plus month process that began in March, when Trucks, Parts, Service opened the nomination period for the award. Interested parties from across the trucking sector were asked and encouraged to nominate their best dealer partners for the annual honor, and from March through May more than 40 dealer operations were nominated — including two prior winners and eight prior finalists.

In June, those same operations were then asked to submit a lengthy business questionnaire that evaluates the performance and scope of their operations, and the five dealers with the strongest responses were chosen as finalists last week.

This year’s finalists are a well-rounded group, representing, Autocar, Battle Motors, Hino, International, Isuzu, Kenworth, Mack, Peterbilt, Tico and Volvo. Vanguard Truck Centers is the largest group with 39 locations across 11 states. Selking International is the smallest with 11 Midwestern stores.

TLG and Truckworx are the only returning participants, as TLG was a prior finalist in 2018 and 2019 and Truckworx in 2019.

“We are once again humbled and grateful to the trucking industry for their participation and support of the Successful Dealer Award,” says Lucas Deal, TPS editor and content director. “This year’s finalists are an incredible group and we can’t wait to learn more about them and share what we learn with our audience. To consistently ask our industry for their input on trucking’s strongest dealer operations and continue to receive dealers like these has been tremendous.
