Samsara Inc. introduced a new brand identity on Friday, the company's first major visual update since its founding.
"We approached the new brand exactly how we build products: side by side with operators," says Meagan Eisenberg, CMO. "We ran dozens of customer interviews and on-site visits, and that research shaped every detail of the new brand, down to the environments we drew from and the details we chose to include. The result is a brand that matches our customers' aspirations for the next decade."

Since its founding, Samsara has evolved from a telematics solution to an AI orchestration layer for industries including construction, logistics, energy, retail and manufacturing. The new brand matches the company's current scale, it says, and its ambitions to continue putting technology to work to solve real-world problems.
The new identity is a reimagined Samsara owl with a custom typeface built from the handwriting of Samsara engineers and a high-visibility yellow that comes from the worksite. The company worked with Base Design, an international network of creative studios, to create the new branding.
Samsara has grown 30% year over year, reaching $2 billion in annual recurring revenue.
