Procede Software recently wrapped up its sold-out 2025 Procede Software Conference (PSC) at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront.

Themed “Elevate and Execute,” the event brought together more than 500 industry professionals, OEMs, and partners for four days of learning, networking and product innovation.

The 2025 PSC was Procede’s largest and most impactful event to date, selling out months in advance and reinforcing its reputation as the premier gathering for the commercial vehicle industry.  The expanded four-day format gave attendees more opportunities to connect and collaborate, including hands-on workshops, one-on-one sessions with Procede's Product and Customer Success teams, and peer-to-peer discussions throughout the conference.

Procede hosted a record number of one-on-one meetings with its Customer Success team, reinforcing its focus on hands-on partnership and results. More than 100 customer Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in parts, service, accounting, IT, and Artificial Intelligence applied for the Procede Insider Program, a testament to growing customer enthusiasm for helping shape future products, Procede says.

The Pit Stop Expo also set new records, featuring the largest lineup of Certified Partners in PSC history, including first-time exhibitors Yooz, Corcentric and Noregon. These additions expanded the ecosystem of integrations and innovation available to customers, the company says, demonstrating Procede’s ongoing leadership in advancing dealer technology through meaningful strategic partnerships.

“Each year, the PSC reminds us how powerful it is when our customers, partners, and employees come together with a shared purpose,” says Larry Kettler, CEO of Procede Software. “The enthusiasm, energy, and feedback from this event fuel our innovation and reinforce why we do what we do — to help dealerships elevate their performance and execute with confidence.”

Throughout the week, Procede unveiled significant product advancements across its platform, reflecting its continued investment in intelligent, user-driven solutions. Among the highlights were:

  • Procede Intelligence, a currently available AI-powered initiative that simplifies service communication, optimizes technician and parts decisions, and delivers real-time credit alerts to keep business operations running smoothly.
  • Next-generation Analytics Suite, a fully integrated, next-generation platform built on Microsoft Power BI that delivers embedded dashboards, real-time KPIs, drill-down reporting, and mobile access, giving users actionable insights at every level of their business.
  • Lease Rental Solutions Suite, a third-generation release that centralizes lease and rental functionality within Excede, delivering faster workflows, a modern interface, and enhanced flexibility to help dealerships manage assets, billing, and contracts with greater efficiency and visibility.
  • Mobile Service Plus, a powerful mobile platform that empowers technicians and advisors to manage repair orders, capture photos and data, and track service activity in real time from any location.
  • Communication Plus, a new internal and external SMS and email messaging solution designed to streamline customer communication and boost dealership engagement.

Chief Product Officer Eric Fortin emphasized that these launches reflect Procede’s deep collaboration with customers to develop solutions that address real dealership challenges.

“We’re implementing AI in ways that make sense for our users—focused on meaningful efficiencies, not just technology for technology’s sake,” he says.

That spirit of partnership was echoed throughout the week by customers who experienced the value of that collaboration firsthand.

“Attend the user conference, and you see innovation everywhere,” says Ken Ables, director of parts operations at Performance Truck. “Procede listens and then turns our ideas into real solutions that improve our business.”

“The PSC is one of the few conferences that, from top to bottom, provides true value for the time spent away from the business,” adds Greg Blessing, vice president of parts at Bergey's Truck Centers.

Procede’s leadership team closed the conference by reaffirming the company’s ongoing mission to forge strong, transparent relationships that empower our industry and partners with innovative and impactful solutions.

“We’re proud of what we’ve built, but even more excited about where we’re going,” says Kettler. “Our customers are our partners in innovation, and together, we’re shaping the future.”

Procede Software also announces the 2026 Procede Software Conference will be held Sept. 21–24, 2026, in San Diego. To receive the latest updates on registration, programming, and event details, please contact [email protected].
