Fullbay launched Fullbay Next on Tuesday, a mobile-first, AI-native, cloud-based platform.
"Fullbay Next is a new era of shop management and fleet maintenance," says Trent Broberg, CEO of Fullbay. "We're bringing together tens of millions of service orders representing billions of dollars in commerce from across our platform to build something this industry has never had: A connected, data-driven ecosystem that makes every shop and fleet smarter, faster and more efficient. This isn't an incremental update. It's a fundamentally different way for the heavy-duty industry to run."

The new platform, which adapts to any size of shop, is designed to put the entire repair journey on a single, fast, mobile-optimized screen. It will roll out in phases starting with small independent and mobile shops. Medium and larger operations will follow over the next several months.
Key features of Fullbay Next include:
- A focused, technician-based view of repair information only.
- A Kanban board displaying every job and its stage at a glance. Users can drag and drop work orders through stages with a single click.
- A quick work order feature that allows the user to draft a new worker in seconds, selecting a customer and unit from the board, noting the issue and finishing it later.
- Interactive note cleanup featuring voice-to-text captures.
- Image capturing and review.
- An AI assistant that answers after-hours and overflow calls.
- A Fleet Center customer portal with auto-provisioned accounts and, coming soon, a universal unit record that pulls from all Fullbay shops.
- A developer portal and API with modern security, formal versioning and expanded data exposed through native API resources.
