Developed to highlight North America’s most accomplished trailer dealers and their critical importance in the trucking industry, the Trailblazer award recognizes dealers for their success and proficiency in many areas, including business excellence, customer service, employee support, community engagement and more.
Proudly sponsored by Hendrickson and Procede Software, this year’s award will once again be presented at the National Trailer Dealers Association (NTDA) Convention in October.
This year’s finalists are a mix of prior finalists and first-time honorees. They are Atlantic Great Dane, Great Dane Utah, North American Trailer, Total Trailers and Trailer Equipment.

Atlantic Great Dane and Total Trailers are participating in our program for the first time. Trailer Equipment is now a three-time finalist, having previously been recognized in 2023 and 2024. Additionally, Great Dane Utah was a finalist in 2024 and North American Trailer in 2025.
Atlantic Great Dane is located in South Portland, Maine, and Great Dane Utah is in Salt Lake City. North American Trailer has five locations and is headquartered in Inver Grove Heights, Minn., while Total Trailers has three locations Missouri and Trailer Equipment two stores in Michigan.

Beyond Great Dane, this year’s finalists also represent ATC, Brandt, Diamond C, Dorsey, Extreme, Fontaine Trailer, Fontaine Heavy Haul, Hyundai Translead, Kalyn Siebert, LBT Tankers, MAC Trailer and MAC LTT, Manac, Sidump’r, Stoughton and Timpte.

TPS will profile each dealer in the months ahead, sharing more about their corporate history and how their operations remain on the cutting edge of today’s trailer business. The 2026 Trailblazer Award presentation will be held Oct. 16 during the final day of the NTDA Convention in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.
