The Commercial Vehicle Solutions Network (CVSN) has opened the nomination period for the 2026 GenNext 4 Under 40 Awards.
All independent commercial vehicle aftermarket industry professionals aged 40 or younger are eligible for the awards, which seeks to celebrate professionals who demonstrate involvement, innovations and commitment within the aftermarket as well as a desire to propel the industry forward.
The 2026 4 Under 40 Awards will be presented in September at the CVSN Summit in Montreal, Quebec.

“This is a fantastic opportunity to spotlight rising leadership and shape our industry’s trajectory,” CVSN says of the program.
Formal criteria is as follows:
- Under the age of 40 (as of June 30, 2026)
- Currently employed within the heavy-duty aftermarket industry
- Demonstrates leadership qualities, either through direct influence, initiative or mentorship
- Exhibit innovation and be actively driving the industry forward through engagement or new ideas
