The Commercial Vehicle Solutions Network (CVSN) concluded its 2025 Summit in Washington, D.C., Wednesday with the John Bzeta Charity Auction and Gala and raised $68,375 to benefit the Comprehensive Pediatric Sickle Cell Disease Program at Children’s National Hospital.
The evening brought together distributors, suppliers, service centers and industry partners for a lively night of giving. Attendees bid generously on travel packages, sports event ticket packages, electronics, and other donated experiences, knowing that every dollar would go to families and children facing sickle cell disease.
Michelle Bzeta, John’s wife, was at the gala and took a moment to thank everyone in the room for their support. She spoke about how much it meant to see John’s legacy carried forward and how the industry’s generosity would help families who truly need it.

“Last night showed the true heart of this industry,” says Edward Kuo, executive director of CVSN. “The generosity of our members and partners will make a real difference. We are proud to carry forward John’s legacy in a way that brings hope to so many families.”
The money raised will go directly to Children’s National Hospital, supporting care, outreach and research for pediatric sickle cell patients.
