Employment Report

The following employment announcements were made in the trucking industry the week of Sept. 29, 2025:

  • MEMA has transitioned Megan Gardner to vice president, member content and councils for MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers, and Meghan MacDonald will assume the role of corporate vice president, strategy and communications.
  • Tim Hardin has been named CEO at Decisiv. Founder and former CEO Dick Hyatt will remain the company's chairman of the board.
  • Andrew Johnson, currently Head of Corporate Communications at Daimler Truck North America (DTNA), will succeed Jörg Howe as Head of Global Communications & External Affairs Daimler Truck as of Jan. 1, 2026.
  • Advantage Truck Group (ATG) named Christopher Marsh executive vice president of network truck sales, Christopher Pentedemos to executive vice president of network service operations and Michael Ramian to executive vice president of parts operations.
  • The Arkansas Trucking Association named Sarah Newman vice president of operations and David O'Neal vice president of engagement.
  • Southside Trailer Service has awarded the Shur-Co Team of Spencer Andree (Sales Engineer), Ron Knuele (Territory Sales Representative), and Hailey Woodhams (Customer Service Representative) with the Norman Stregiel Rep of the Year Award for their loyalty, integrity, honesty and exceptional support.
