The following employment announcements were made in the trucking industry the week of Dec. 21, 2025:

Fastenal Company announced Daniel L. Florness will leave his role as CEO in July. The board of directors appointed Jeffery M. Watts, president and chief sales officer, to succeed him.
Driven Brands elected Timothy Johnson as an independent director to its board. He will serve as a member of the audit committee.
VIPAR Heavy Duty has hired Jeremy Whiting as director of business development.
Ernest Evans was appointed as head of International Financial, the financial solutions arm of International Motors, effective Jan. 1, 2026.
