John Balderree is the new president of Universal Technical Institute's Salt Lake City campus.

Dana, Eaton combine to create $10 billion parts company

Dana, Eaton Mobility Group combine to form a $10 billion company that bridges commercial and light vehicles and the aftermarket.

Snap-on Incorporated bought Diesel Laptops for $100 million in cash. Diesel Laptops will become part of the company's Repair Systems and Information Group.

The Modern, Clean, and Safe Trucks Act of 2026 was introduced by Sen. Todd Young, R-Ind., and Sen. Angela Alsobrooks, D-Md.. It targets the 12% Federal retail excise tax currently levied on all new heavy trucks, tractors, and trailers.
