Spencer Dally of Blaine Brothers, Paige Johnson of SKF, Jenna Karczewski from VIPAR Heavy Duty and UAP’s Luke Masters were honored by the Commercial Vehicle Solutions Network (CVSN) as the newest group of GenNext 4 Under 40 Award winners during its 2026 Summit on Friday in Montreal.
Sponsored by Trucks, Parts, Service, the 4 Under 40 program was created in 2018 by GenNext to recognize young people striving to push the independent aftermarket forward.

“I said ‘Excuse me, what?’ I was surprised, excited and grateful,” said Johnson.
“Yeah, I was surprised and shocked, and then immediately started crying,” added Karczewski.

The trio also were encouraged and motivated by the recognition.
“I think it’s really reaffirming; it’s kind of put the wind in my sail. I feel motivated,” Masters said. “I’m ready to engage even deeper.”
“Each year, we have the honor and privilege of recognizing CVSN’s 4 Under 40 Awards and we cherish the opportunity,” says Lucas Deal, TPS content director and editor. “This year’s winners come from all corners of our industry and are all working tirelessly to make the aftermarket stronger. We congratulate them on their award, thank them for their efforts and wish them the greatest success in their careers.”
