Cyber-security to be a main topic at HDAW 2017

Mark Lanterman and Brian Hill of Computer Forensic Services will present “Cyber Security – Are You or Your Company the Easiest Catch? How to Avoid Being Another Fish in the Dark Net” on Tuesday, January 24, 2017, at Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW) 2017 in Las Vegas.

In an effort to inform HDAW attendees of current developments in the digital underground, as well as provide realistic advice for cyber protection, Lanterman and Hill will discuss recent high profile cyber-crime events, including website breaches impacting retailers, banks, political campaigns and government agencies, and offer tips and instructions to make company data and websites information more secure.

Computer Forensic Services (CFS) has provided electronic discovery, forensic analysis, advisory and consultation services since 1998. Their team of forensic analysts possess professional experience in both law enforcement and information technology, including federally trained experts specializing in the development and utilization of various computer process techniques. Lanterman, founder and CTO, has been officially recognized by the U.S. Secret Service for outstanding contributions to law enforcement.

This presentation is just one of the many scheduled for HDAW 2017, set for Jan. 23-26, 2017 at the Mirage in Las Vegas. For more information about HDAW events and speakers, and to sign up, please CLICK HERE.
