
Grote Industries will receive the Innovation Excellence Award from the Indiana Manufacturers Association on Oct. 18.

Grote, headquartered in Madison, Indiana, will be honored for its commitment to innovative thinking, community involvement and leadership.

Gov. Eric Holcomb will speak at the luncheon to honor award winners. In addition to Grote, these companies and people will also receive awards:
- Community Impact Award: Toyota Material Handling.
- Emerging Leader Award: Matthew Hendey, THG Automation.
- Lifetime Achievement Award: Jim Turek, Aero Industries, and David Snow, Purdue Manufacturing Extension Partnership.
- Manufacturing Talent Champion Award: Eli Lilly & Company.
