Paccar Parts recently awarded its Kenworth and Peterbilt dealers for their outstanding performance during 2021.

Awards were presented to dealers for exceptional parts and TRP performance. Paccar Parts says its dealers demonstrated excellence in overall growth and fleet support, delivered industry-leading retail availability and invested in facilities, equipment and people to ensure the highest levels of customer service that drive uptime.

Kenworth winners were as follows:

The 2021 Kenworth Parts and Service Dealer of the Year award was presented to CIT Trucks. Paccar Parts says the dealer demonstrated excellent parts growth and provided exceptional retail availability. CIT Trucks also successfully leverages Paccar Parts technologies such as eCommerce and Managed Dealer Inventory (MDI) and has a tireless commitment to customer satisfaction.

“The Kenworth Parts and Service Dealer of the Year award is a great tribute to our employees who prioritize the needs of our customers to help them achieve maximum uptime. We are able to accomplish that goal through our partnership with Paccar Parts and by utilizing programs such as Fleet Services and eCommerce,” says Erick Miner, CIT Trucks chief executive officer.

The TRP All-Makes Dealer of the Year award recognizes the Kenworth dealer that provides the best support for the TRP brand. The TRP All-Makes Dealer of the Year was awarded to Inland Kenworth. In 2021, Inland Kenworth significantly elevated the TRP brand with exceptional sales and retail availability, operating five TRP stores to better serve all-makes customers.

This award reflects our hard-working, knowledgeable and well-trained sales staff who are dedicated to serving our customers and providing the highest levels of service excellence,” says Bill Currie, Inland Kenworth president and chief operating officer.

Peterbilt winners were as follows:

The 2021 Peterbilt Parts and Service Dealer of the Year was awarded to Peterbilt of Atlanta. This dealer demonstrated excellent parts growth while providing superior customer service and exceptional retail availability. Peterbilt of Atlanta utilizes the Paccar Parts Fleet Service program and Paccar Parts technologies such as eCommerce and Managed Dealer Inventory (MDI), the company says.

“This award is a tribute to the hard work of our parts and service sales teams. Their efforts, in collaboration with PACCAR Parts programs such as Fleet Services and eCommerce enable us to better serve our customers,” says Scott Pearson, Peterbilt of Atlanta president.

The TRP All-Makes Dealer of the Year was awarded to Jackson Group Peterbilt. In 2021, the group performed strongly with sales and retail availability. The dealer’s focus on leveraging Paccar Parts eCommerce platform, Online Parts Counter (OPC), makes it easy for customers to order parts when it is convenient for them. Jackson Group Peterbilt also expanded its TRP store footprint with the addition of a new store in Rexburg, Idaho, the second TRP store for the dealer group.
