TLG Peterbilt has earned Peterbilt Motors Company's 2022 Dealer of the Year.

Peterbilt Motors Company announced TLG Peterbilt as its 2022 North American Dealer Group of the Year during its annual dealer meeting in Carlsbad, California.

“We’re proud to acknowledge and recognize TLG Peterbilt for their commitment and the significant investments they’ve made to consistently deliver exceptional sales and service support, increase satisfaction and maximize uptime for our customers,” says Jason Skoog, Paccar Vice President and Peterbilt General Manager.

“This achievement and our success are attributed to our ability to foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and from establishing foundational values 35 years ago that have been used to direct and inform TLG Peterbilt leadership decisions ever since,” says Glenn Larson, TLG Peterbilt Dealer Principal.

The Dealer Group of the Year recognition is presented to the dealership group that best represents Peterbilt’s commitment to class and scores the highest in Peterbilt’s rigorous Standards of Excellence program, Peterbilt says. Paccar's other brand Kenworth Truck Company also announced its 2022 Dealer of the Year award winners this week.

This is TLG Peterbilt’s seventh Dealer Group of the Year award, adding it to their awards in 2019, 2015, 2009, 2006, 2003 and 1998. TLG Peterbilt operates 24 dealership locations across eight states. They finished 2022 as the top performing dealer group and also received recognition as a Best-in-Class Dealer Group, the Red Oval Dealer Group of the Year, the eCommerce Dealer Group of the Year, and 13 of their locations were recognized with Platinum Oval awards, more than any other dealer in the network.

“I am honored that TLG was awarded Dealer of the Year for the seventh time,” adds Larson. “This would not have been possible without the combined efforts of our great team of men and women who are committed to doing the right thing for our customers each and every day. “

Founded in 1987 by Glenn and his father Claire Larson, 2022 also saw TLG celebrating its 35th anniversary. In addition to recognizing TLG Peterbilt for its commitment to excellence and customer uptime, Peterbilt also presented a special award to commemorate TLG’s 35 years as a Peterbilt dealer.

“Earning this honor for the seventh time in our company’s history can be attributed to our never-ending commitment to our values and building meaningful relationships that remain as strong as they were when we began 35 years ago,” Larson says.
