
NTEA – The Association for the Work Truck Industry, says early bird registration is still available through Aug. 29, for its Commercial Vehicle Upfitting Summit. This year's summit will be held Oct. 3-4, in Sandusky, Ohio.
NTEA states 13 leading industry OEMs will participate in the summit, which offers the work truck industry the opportunity to preview commercial vehicle updates and engage with OEM engineers on critical upfitting issues.
Topics covered are said to include:
- Learn about important changes to powertrains, electrical systems, chassis structures and other vehicle systems
- Gain insights from Industry Education Sessions and see Industry Resource Displays
- Network with industry professionals
- Participate in Q&A with OEM representatives
Advance registration rates, available through Aug. 29, are $229 member and $329 nonmember. Starting Aug. 30, prices increase to $279 member and $379 nonmember. Also, NTEA advises interest parties be sure to reserve a room by Aug. 29 to receive the special group rate of $134 (booking ID 38429).
