IC Bus recognized its 2023 dealer of the year and Pursuit of Excellence winners on Wednesday.
Waters Truck & Tractor Company was named dealership of the year. Based in Mississippi, the group employees more than 300 people across seven locations. Waters started with an International dealership in 1938 and became affiliated with IC Bus in 2000. It is managed by the third and fourth generations, Mike, ML and David Waters along with their sons, Michael, Josh and Vaughan.

Waters and eight other dealers also received the annual Pursuit of Excellence award.
