PacLease named Rush Truck Leasing its 2025 North American Franchise of the Year. It has 36 PacLease locations in 10 states, one of PacLease's largest franchises.

Roemer says Rush outperformed the broader market and expanded its footprint, increasing the number of Peterbilts in service more than 15% year over year. Maintenance and operations teams ensured high uptime and superior customer service, PacLease says, helping the company deliver consistent, stable revenue.
In addition to Rush, TLG Leasing and Kenworth Sales Company PacLease were both recognized as U.S. Franchises of the Year. TLG Leasing has expanded both its fleet and geographic footprint with 15 locations in eight states. It won the North American Franchise of the Year award in 2021.

Kenworth Sales Company PacLease earned U.S. Franchise of the Year for the second year in a row. It has 19 locations in eight states, including a new facility in Ashland, Virginia.
Eureka Truck Leasing in Quebec was named Canadian Franchise of the Year. It focuses on vocational equipment, leasing and renting trucks for a variety of applications. Roemer says the franchise's strong sales performance and niche operation are key differentiators.
Gabrielli PacLease in New York was medium-duty Franchise of the Year, the second time the company has received the award since it was introduced in 2023.
Lastly, the inaugural MX Engine Franchise of the Year went to The Pete Store Truck Leasing.
"We added the MX Engine award to align with our truck divisions and recognize franchise groups that are supporting their customers with the Paccar engine," Roemer says. "The Pete Store has embraced that vision and delivered impressive growth while doing so."
