GenNext HD, a new mentoring and recruiting program for the heavy-duty aftermarket, will hold its first official in-person reception from 5-6 p.m. on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge in Phoenix before the opening reception at the HDA Truck Pride Annual Business Meeting.

All HDA Truck Pride registered attendees are welcome.

The goal of this first meeting is to explain GenNext to all new and potential members, says Steve Hansen, president of GenNext and national accounts manager at Minimizer.

“Educating, networking and mentoring will play a big role in our ability to supply a capable work force to the Heavy Duty Aftermarket Industry,” says Hansen. “The support for GenNext thus far has been incredible. I truly believe everyone sees the need for this group to support all aspects of our industry from manufacturing to distribution.

“We’re really looking forward to some incredible events in 2014 and we applaud all the support.”
