Derek Kaufman, founder of C3 Network, LLC, will be a featured presenter at Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW) 2016.
A 40-year veteran of the commercial trucking industry, Kaufman’s presentation, ‘How Emerging Technologies Can Generate Aftermarket Opportunities,” will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2016.
HDAW organizers say attendees will learn a review of emerging telematics solutions and vehicle technologies and their aftermarket implications, the impact of these changes on vehicles owners’ approach to service and the transfer of vehicle data, and what aftermarket organizations need to do today to be prepared for this new technology future.
