Minimizer introduces online training program

Minimizer is taking its distributors to class.

The company announced Tuesday it has introduced Minimizer U, a new online training program designed to keep distributors up-to-date on all Minimizer products and new product lines.

Minimizer says any distributor employee who has received in-person training from a Minimizer Territory Manager will be enrolled in classes at Minimizer U. Those that haven’t received in-person training may request it. After their in-person training is complete, their name will be added to the program.

“As I used to tell my father, nobody wakes up with Minimizer in their heads,” says Craig Kruckeberg, CEO and chief visionary at Minimizer. “We have to make sure we stay in front of everyone. This online training course is a great way to engage our distributors on a regular basis.”

And Minimizer says it has incentivized the program to keep distributor employees engaged and open to learning more at all times.

The company says distributor employees who receive in-person training will be sent monthly e-mails and videos designed to further their education on Minimizer products. Once those distributors employees read the e-mail and watch the video, they will take a short quiz. Those that complete the quiz will be rewarded with a $5 gift card, plus their name will be entered into a monthly drawing for a 55-in. flat screen TV, as well as an annual drawing for a trip for two to Las Vegas. Each Minimizer U student will receive one entry for each drawing every time they complete a monthly quiz, the company says.

“We have a fantastic relationship with our distributors, and Minimizer U will only strengthen that relationship,” Kruckeberg says.
