Bergstrom announced two promotions within its leadership team on Wednesday, appointing Cindi Gustafson to managing director of Off-Road and BES Products for North America, and Steve Rosella to managing director of Truck, Bus and Military Markets for North America.

In their new roles, Bergstrom says Gustafson and Rosella are responsible for establishing strategic direction and P&L management of their respective markets.

“Both Cindi and Steve are veterans in their field,” says Gus Anton, division president of North America at Bergstrom. “Their experience and leadership will continue to make inroads for Bergstrom in the Truck, Bus and Military markets as well as the Off-Road and BES markets.”

Gustafson has more than 30 years of experience in the automotive and commercial vehicle industry. She began her career at Bergstrom in 1996 as a consortium manager responsible for customer and extended supply chain business relationships. This was followed by leadership roles in Materials, Purchasing, and Operations Management. During her tenure, Gustafson led teams to significantly improve product quality, delivery performance, materials replenishment, working capital and resource alignment, the company says.

Additionally, Rosella has a 25-year history of selling HVAC products to the commercial vehicle industry.
