Snap-on launches line of stationary tool storage

snap-on centriq storageSnap-on has introduced its Centriq line of stationary tool storage. The series is engineered and built in the USA with the most advanced standards and is fully customizable, according to an announcement. Standing seam construction, case corner gussets, Lock ‘N Roll latching, full-width pulls and fully-welded drawers with ball-bearing slides that support up to 454 lb. per drawer are a few of the Centriq efficiency and time-saving benefits.

“A shop’s profitability can be directly related to how its tools, parts and supplies are stored,” says Cara Komornicka, a Snap-on Tools product manager. “These units are rugged, good-looking and can really fill a shop’s need to maximize work flow. Snap-on takes organization and security seriously, and the Centriq series delivers on both … and more.”

Centriq cabinets are installed on an 11-gauge pallet jack base or can be fitted with adjustable legs or a forklift base. The units are 30 in. wide and 29 in. deep with four different height options, and they come in an array of colors, configurations and drawer sizes to accommodate different storage needs. The drawers also have color-matching drawer divider options in variable layouts that come in six different drawer heights. Other add-ons include side skirt plates, stainless steel, bedliner or wood tops, a lock bar and lock-out latch.
