Mark Nugent has joined BBB Industries as senior director of business development, the company announced Wednesday.
In his new role, BBB Industries says Nugent’s primary responsibilities will include assisting with merger and acquisition target identification, assessment, and due diligence processes.

Prior to joining BBB Industries, Nugent was employed at Cummins, Inc. He spent more than 10 years in various roles, including: director of product planning and business development – New and Recon Parts Operations; director of strategic recon business development; and director, mergers, acquisitions, Alliances Support.
