Training event scheduled for Ford Commercial Truck engine maintenance

Mike Cleary will host his next Ford Powerstroke Diesel Training courses for light- and medium-duty trucks next month in Arlington, Texas.

Cleary says his courses will include Ford Powerstroke Diesel: Fact or Fiction from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. on July 27; and will follow that with a course titled Ford 6.7-liter Powerstroke Diesel Diagnostics from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on July 28. Cleary says interested parties can sign up for each individual class or both courses.

Regarding the first course, Cleary says, “there are many misconceptions about some of the systems operations and diagnostics procedures and specifications on the various Ford Powerstroke Diesel Electronic Engine Control Systems produced to date: 7.3L, 6.0L, 6.4L, and 6.7L. This interactive class will both inform and either dispel or support some of the more commonly held myths.”

The second class, which Cleary has presented at various locations this year, will include the newest updates, procedures and design changes with the newest model year Ford Powerstroke 6.7-liter engines.

Both courses will be held at the Hampton Inn Arlington – North, 2200 Brookhollow Plaza Dr., Arlington, TX 76006.

Cleary says an early bird rates will be available for both classes through the end of June, and adds a $50 registration discount is available for ASA North Texas members.
