The Service Specialists Association (SSA) will be holding its annual convention from Oct. 2-5, 2018, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel set within the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains in Asheville, N.C.
SSA says its annual convention is a great opportunity to meet and network with other heavy-duty vehicle repair shop owners and managers looking to trade information and build long-lasting peer relationships. The top suppliers and vendors from the industry will also be in attendance for discussions and onsite meetings.
SSA will kick off its upcoming event with a golf outing Oct. 2 at Grove Park Inn Golf Course. Oct. 3 and 4 will be filled with management seminars and supplier presentations. Guest speakers include Rocky Romanella, Derek Kaufman, Erica Eversman, Don Jones and John White. Details on each speaker can be found on the SSA Convention website. Suppliers include Dayton Parts, Triangle Suspension, Automann, L&H Threaded Rod and many more.
The SSA also will offer a group tour of the famous 8,000-acre Biltmore Estate, built by George Vanderbilt! It’s the largest house ever built in America and features historic gardens, stables, shops and dining! The tour will be held on Oct. 5.
The Crown Resort, set on 125 acres, offers a rustic setting with a contemporary vibe on the inside.
