The Commercial Vehicle Solutions Network (CVSN) announced Thomas Nestor will serve as the third speaker at this year’s upcoming Aftermarket Distribution Summit, set for Sept. 8-12, 2018, at the Chateau Elan Winery Resort and Spa, Braselton, Ga.
Nester will be presenting from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 10. As a best-selling author, professional speaker, and the Founder of Leadership Today, a company specializing in creating learning and development for leaders and organizations, CVSN says Nestor’s purpose is to teach people how to lead in a world that seems to crave leadership. Thomas worked alongside Tony Robbins and Robbins Research International for two years delivering keynotes to 300-plus organizations, including Google, Disney, and the NFL.
Nester has authored three books, including How Leaders Make Decisions. As a critically acclaimed keynote speaker and best-selling author, CVSN says he doesn’t tell people what to do, but guides them in the direction of where they need to go. Thomas’ favorite leadership quote is “you cannot talk yourself out of something you behaved yourself into.”
Other speakers at this year’s Aftermarket Distribution Summit include Rocky Romanella and Todd Buchholz. CVSN says it also will present two special awards at this year’s event — the President’s Award to Pete Joy of Phillips Industries and the GenNext 4 Under 40 Awards.
