PAI Industries introduces its high-performance piston skirts to the heavy-duty aftermarket.
PAI says its piston skirts are made with aluminum, stainless steel and steel, and are treated with a new and highly developed anti-friction coating process. The coating is designed to lower scuffing and wear while providing a dry lubrication that is highly resistant to contamination, and reduces parasitic drag. The piston skirts are black in color and the coating is between 1 and 1.5 millimeters thick.
The company says the piston skirts are available with a three-year warranty,
