NEXIQ Technologies intern winner at TMC FutureTech competition

Ferris State University student Ian Partak has won the Technology and Maintenance Council’s 14th annual FutureTech National Student Competition.

Partak, who worked as an intern in the Quality Assurance and Testing department at NEXIQ Technologies this past summer, was sponsored by NEXIQ Technologies in the two-day event and earned the title of FutureTech Grand Champion.

The competition consists of two days of written and hands-on skills challenges. A senior at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Mich., Partak is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in heavy equipment service engineering technology.
