Dorman HD Solutions announced it has released more than 25 new heavy duty truck parts, including wheel hardware, diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) injectors, diesel particulate filter (DPF) hardware and air tank assemblies.
The direct replacement DEF injector fits and functions like the original, but does not require removal of the housing, the company says. It includes new O-rings, mounting hardware and feed line cup.
Dorman says its engine oil level sensor restores full function to the system when heat, vibration, oil fouling or corrosion disable the original equipment part. It includes integrated oil temperature sensor and four-prong electrical connector.
The DPF hardware kit includes all the clamps and gaskets required to repair the DPF, the company says.
With the air tank assembly, Dorman says the effectiveness of air-actuated braking and suspension systems can be maintained by replacing a corroded or leaking air tank with a new reservoir. It is designed to fit like the OE tank with same port configurations.
The exhaust clamp is easy to install and a direct-fit replacement with no special tools required for installation, the company says.
Other new Dorman parts include a fuel injection O-ring kit, heat reflective tape, hydrocarbon injector, wheel lug studs and DPF filter gaskets.
