Alcoa says its new One-Piece Hub Cover with Secure Fit Retention is an advanced hub cover system that ensures proper fitment through the addition of threaded nylon nuts, three per cover, that offer consistent contact points to secure the cover to the wheel end. Taller lug nut towers accommodate for increased stud standout found on applications like wide-base wheels, disc brakes, and other new truck trend variations, the company says.
“This new hub cover system directly responds to needs and trends we’ve observed within the truck market over the past several years,” says Ben Squires, marketing and sales manager, Accessories. “The technical advancements we make to our accessory product portfolio continuously offer solutions to our customers’ challenges.”
Offered in both front and rear applications, Alcoa says the re-engineered One-Piece Hub Cover System with Secure Fit Retention is designed to fit 10-hole hub piloted wheels with a 285.75mm bolt circle (22.5 in. and 24.5 in. in diameter). It is also available in matching menacing matte black to complement Alcoa Dura-Black Wheels for a complete blacked out look.

- Number 088100S: Front Axle Kit includes: Two front covers, six retention nuts, and one removal tool. Use a short handle rubber mallet for installation. Requires a minimum of three threads per stud. Chrome finish.
- Number 089100S: Rear Axle Kit includes: Two rear covers, six retention nuts, and one removal tool. Use a short handle rubber mallet for installation. Requires a minimum of three threads per stud. Chrome finish.
- Number 088100S-BLK: Front Axle Kit includes: Two front covers, six retention nuts, and one removal tool. Use a short handle rubber mallet for installation. Requires a minimum of three threads per stud. Black finish.
- Number 088100S-BLK: Rear Axle Kit includes: Two rear covers, six retention nuts, and one removal tool. Use a short handle rubber mallet for installation. Requires a minimum of three threads per stud. Black finish.
Alcoa adds the hub covers are available with a two-year warranty.
