Fort Garry Industries (FGI) and Pinwood Truck Parts jointly announced today that FGI has acquired all outstanding shares of Pinwood Truck Parts, making Pinwood a wholly owned subsidiary.
Pinwood’s three locations in Chatham, Sarnia and Comber, Ontario, Canada, will continue to operate as Pinwood Truck Parts until Dec. 1, 2019, at which time Pinwood will be amalgamated into FGI and all locations will be rebranded as FGI branch stores.
“The addition of the Pinwood stores under the FGI banner will strengthen our footprint in the Ontario market and help provide seamless product offerings and services to customers in Southwestern Ontario,” says Robyn Spitzke, FGI president.
