GenAlpha Technologies and MacKay & Company have announced a strategic partnership to assist manufacturing organizations with maximizing their aftermarket profits and deploying e-commerce strategies with GenAlpha’s PartSpot offering.

Together the two firms will promote strategic planning and best practices for manufacturers seeking to dramatically improve their e-commerce presence, the companies say.

“MacKay & Company has a strong history working in the commercial vehicle industries, which are a very important segment of the market we serve. Our e-commerce capabilities are designed specifically for the aftermarket of manufacturers, and this partnership will result in a strong collaboration that can aid larger OEMs in moving their technology strategy forward,” says Stan Eames, GenAlpha CEO

“Ensuring that you have a strong e-commerce strategy for your products, including original equipment and aftermarket parts is quickly becoming one of the most salient and potentially challenging tasks OEMs are facing. MacKay & Company and GenAlpha represent a strong team that can have a significant impact on your e-commerce initiatives,” Eames says.

The companies say features such as an integrated electronic parts catalog, BOM illustration hot-spotting and interactive 3-D drawings make PartSpot a premier consideration when selecting an aftermarket e-commerce solution. MacKay and Company’s market analysis expertise covers components, distribution channels and market trends for both original equipment and the aftermarket.
