Golight Stryker ST SeriesGolight has introduced its Stryker ST Series of remote-control LED and halogen searchlights.

Golight says the Stryker ST Series is designed to allow users to control two lamps independently or in tandem from a single remote-control unit and one lamp from multiple control units. The Stryker ST’s remote-control unit, powered by two regular AAA batteries, has large buttons that are easy to access with gloved hands, and fluorescent iconography makes the pan and tilt controller buttons legible in dark or low-light conditions.

The company says both the LED and halogen versions optimally focus their beam patterns at an 8-degree angle. The LED model features polycarbonate plano-convex lens technology, while the halogen version comes with the company’s PentaBeam reflector design and a tempered glass lens.

Additionally, the low-maintenance lamps come with a high-impact housing that resists UV rays and saltwater. The LED lamp employs 10 high-flux LEDs that produce a 410,000-candela beam projecting to a maximum distance of 4,200 ft., while the halogen lamp produces a 200,000-candela beam projecting to a maximum distance of 2,933 ft.

The Stryker ST is available in a permanent-mount model with a stainless-steel mounting bracket and a portable model with a magnetic base. Golight adds there is a magnetic base adapter kit that allows users to install a Stryker ST with a magnetic base to a nonmagnetic surface such as aluminum. An optional remote-control holster is available, the company adds.
