
The following employment changes were announced to the trucking industry last week (Oct. 14-20, 2019).
- Ervin Equipment has announced a number of changes as part of a corporate restructuring. Cole Ervin has moved from president to CEO; Chad Strader has been promoted from executive vice president to president; Preston Owen has been appointed CFO and general counsel; Christina Bland has been named the new vice president of operations; Tim Jones has been named vice president of purchasing and business development; Jeff Thomas has been promoted to manager of sales and finance.
- Corcentric Capital Equipment Solutions has hired Rob Hoysgaard as vice president of sales, Northeast Region.
- Chris Bovis has joined Hart Marx Advisors as a partner at the firm.
- Bill Kozek has joined CSM Companies as chief operating officer and equity partner.
- Tobias Waldeck has been appointed vice president, Daimler Truck Financial.
- Phillips Industries has named Rob Myers president of the newly established Phillips Aftermarket business unit and Filiberto Coello has been appointed president of the Phillips OEM Business Unit.
- Rick McConaghy has joined Truck Master Warranty as its West Coast sales manager.
- Cummins has named Melina Kennedy vice president, product compliance and regulatory affairs.
- Yokohama Tire has a named Pavan Desaneni vice president of information technology.
