The Service Specialists Association (SSA) recently completed its successful 2019 convention at the Newport Marriott in Newport, R.I.
Held Oct. 1-3, 2019, the 2019 SSA Convention featured multiple educational sessions in which speakers brought their expertise on a number of topics to the SSA audience. Speakers included keynote speaker Rence Oliphant of Hendrickson, David Saline of Drive, longtime industry service expert Rick Martin and Stan Moczulski, a retired automotive tech instructor.
SSA says this year’s convention features several new members and suppliers as well as several longtime members and the convention’s new structure was highly received by everyone. The organization is optimistic this year’s event will help SSA expand in 2020 and beyond.
