Pennsylvania service provider opens lot for truck parking during crisis

PennFleet announced Thursday it has opened its property to truck drivers and teams who need to rest while traveling during the COVID-19 pandemic.

PennFleet is located just a few miles off I-95 in Boothwyn, Delaware County, Pa., south of Philadelphia. The company’s address is 591 Meetinghouse Rd., in Boothwyn. Open 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, PennFleet says its parking spots are first come, first served.

PennFleet also has partnered with some of its customers to help provide, portable toilets, hand sanitizing station, snacks (Bimbo Bakeries USA) and beverages all free of charge to hardworking truckers who stop. The site is open daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Donations from local companies and individuals will help honor and support the truck drivers.
