According to the company, its one-piece exhaust manifold design offers optimum performance and reliability that meets OEM specifications. Front, center and rear pieces are permanently mounted together using a high-temperature adhesive sealant creating a single unit. PAI says This single unit design increases the overall product and gasket life, while reducing cracking, better air flow, and lower turbulence.
Additionally, to ensure perfect head contact and reduce bolt stress the all mounting faces are machined in a single operation, the company says.
PAI’s one piece manifolds are available as single components and as kits; each manifold comes with a two-year unlimited mileage warranty.
