Webb Wheel Products has added a new live chat feature to its corporate website.
Set to debut Monday, Aug. 17, the company says the feature is intended to improve customer support by providing fast, real-time communication via an online chat platform.
Webb Wheel says live chat will “enable users to instantly receive answers to their questions, thus enhancing the overall customer experience. This is a convenient alternative for customers who prefer online communication over traditional phone calls.”
The company says three options will be available to assist its customer base: Aftermarket Support, Dealer Support and Technical Support. Representatives from each department will be readily available to connect directly with the customer and quickly answer their questions.
