Total Truck Parts building facility in Florida

Total Truck Parts announced Thursday it has secured property and all local approvals to build a new facility in Port. St. Lucie, Fla.

This new 52,000 sq.-ft., facility will be the largest in the company — Total Truck Parts has six locations across Florida — with 3,000 sq.-ft., of showroom, an extensive area for hydraulic and drive line repair, 16 heavy-duty truck and trailer repair bays and extensive warehouse space for parts.

"The new building will be our third company owned facility and is necessary to address the significant growth in the Florida Treasure Coast," says Marc Karon, CEO, Total Truck Parts. "It is also key to our multi-faceted growth strategy of expanding our shop repair capability with repair bays and shop services, maintaining large parts facilities to better serve our diverse customer base, and construct facilities that are prepared to weather the most severe storms."

“We searched for two years for the right location," adds Leo Cordeiro, general manager. "Our team is most excited about the continued company investment in growth and all the new opportunities that are available to us”.

Due to supply chain challenges, the company says the expected completion date will be mid-2023.
