HDA Truck Pride Network's annual meeting in Washington, D.C., raised $55,000 for Mission of Love Charities.

Mission of Love is a nonprofit in the D.C. area that empowers people and families in need through education, resources and community support.

"Mission of Love's work aligns perfectly with our core values at HDA Truck Pride," says Tina Hubbard, president and CEO. "Yes, they're addressing the immediate need of food insecurity — but more importantly, they're offering long-term support and resources and community support."

The theme of this year's meeting was Creating Connections. It featured panels, workshops and networking on topics such as recruitment, digital marketing and more. More than 800 people attended.

Mark Scharenbroich, an Emmy award winner and author of Nice Bike — Making Meaningful Connections on the Road of Life spoke to the group about building long-lasting partnerships.

"This wasn't just another annual meeting — it was a catalyst for change," Hubbard says. "By putting connection at the heart of every conversation, we're not only driving business forward — we're laying a stronger, more purposeful foundation for the future of our industry and our people."

The meeting was sponsored by Automann, Bendix, DriV, Gates, Milwaukee, Prestone and Valvoline.
