Fleet leaders to take stage at Heavy Duty Aftermarket Dialogue

The Fleet Perspective Panel is back at Heavy Duty Aftermarket Dialogue (HDAD) in 2026. 

During this session on Jan. 19, fleet leaders give their unfiltered views on navigating real-world challenges, managing costs and preparing for new technology, regulation and customer demand.

Moderated by Molly MacKay Zacker, vice president of operations at MacKay & Company, the panel will feature: 

• Joe Richley, vice president of maintenance, Groendyke Transport.
• Dennis Meyer-Razon, category manager, CHS Inc.
• David Schnautz, vice president, Clark Freight Lines. 

The panel promises actionable insights from the front lines as members weigh in on labor markets, data and AI, trade policies, emissions regulations and supplier relationships.
