Cox Automotive launched Cox Fleet for the trucking and fleet industry, it announced Wednesday.

"By bringing our people, technology and service capabilities together under one brand, Cox Fleet is designed to help clients improve uptime and better manage total cost of ownership."

The move builds on last year's unification of Fleet Services and FleetNet America into one organization. Cox Fleet will bring together industry-recognized capabilities, national scale and operational expertise, the company says.
Cox Fleet will offer more than 65,000 service providers nationwide, more than 1,500 Cox Fleet technicians and 24/7 nationwide support. It will offer scheduled maintenance, emergency roadside assistance, managed care, parts, trailer and truck body sales, and more.
