Truck Country has officially opened its new North Milwaukee dealership at N128 W21795 Holy Hill Road in Richfield, marking a major investment in customer support and service capacity for commercial trucking operations throughout southeastern Wisconsin.
The dealership opened for business on July 27.
Located near the I-41 interchange on Highway 167, Truck Country the new facility replaces Truck Country's previous North Milwaukee location and was built to maximize customer uptime. The dealership provides Freightliner and Western Star sales, service and parts support in a modern facility designed to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.
The dealership location also features a 37,700 sq.-ft., building with 22 service bays and an expansive parts warehouse.

The facility is an improvement over the dealership’s former home, Truck Country says, a rented building with seven service bays and a small area for parts storage.
“Through the continued effort of our employees and customers, we were able to grow business and build this state-of-the-art facility,” says Derrick Dralle, the dealership’s general manager. “Every decision we made in developing this location centered on our customers and their need for uptime.”

The company states new dealership strengthens Truck Country’s ability to support the growing transportation industry. Strategically positioned along the busy Milwaukee-to-Chicago transportation corridor, the location offers improved accessibility and increased service capacity for fleets, owner-operators, and vocational truck customers throughout southeastern Wisconsin.
According to RigDig (owned by Fusable, parent company of TPS), there are 11,979 prospects operating more than 19,000 verified vehicles and 9,000 verified trailers within a 50-mile radius of the location.
"This facility represents our long-term commitment to helping customers succeed by offering the support and expertise that they need to keep their businesses moving," says Dave Bernard, Truck Country regional vice president.
To celebrate the opening, Truck Country states the public is invited to an open house on Sept. 30, at the Richfield facility, allowing customers, business partners, and community members an opportunity to tour the facility and learn more about services offered.
The open house will take place from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., with a ribbon-cutting ceremony scheduled for 4:30 p.m. Food will be served throughout the event, and the band, Bootjack Road, will entertain the audience, the company says.
