Phillips and Temro Industries (PTI) says it will exhibit its diesel winterization products at Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW), Jan. 26-29, 2015, at the Mirage in Las Vegas.
With 2015 winter forecasts of more shivers and shoveling, PTI says its representatives will speak with dealers from booth 208 about its heating solutions for keeping customers’ vehicles running and comfortable while reducing start-up fuel consumption and environmental impact.
“In spite of the power of a heavy-duty diesel engine, it needs TLC in preparation for cold temperatures. PTI’s thermal solutions are able to address lots of issues that impact performance, reliability and engine starts that will help keep heavy-duty diesel systems running better during frigid winter months,” says Butch Sumpter, CEO.
PTI says its exhibit will include:
- Engine heating products: Zerostart’s block and immersion heating systems, oil pan heaters, battery warmers, and silicone pad heaters
- Fuel and fluid heating products: Arctic Fox in- tank heaters, Hot Fox in- tank warmers, and Hot Line in-line fuel heaters
- Its newest suite of idle reduction technologies: Idle Free Systems auxiliary power units
