White Spruce Partners, a family office investment firm, has acquired North End Auto Spring Ltd. The acquisition is effective Feb. 8, 2021.
North End Spring is a leading regional wholesale distributor of specialty parts and a provider of repair services, focused on the light-, medium- and heavy-duty transportation and vocational vehicle industry. The company is the largest supplier of suspension parts in the prairie region, and distributes parts across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Northwestern Ontario, and the Territories.
North End Spring is headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The transfer of ownership from North End Spring to White Spruce Partners will not result in any changes to the North End Spring’s operations, nor to North End Spring’s respected brand in the marketplace.
